We learn a little bit about you, your business, your likes, dislikes, and your overall goes for the project. We'll work together to figure out the exact pages, functionality, and design direction that your project needs then put together your contract.
We'll provide you with specific instructions on getting us any text, pictures, of videos to be featured throughout your website. If you need assistance, our content team will help tweak and perfect your content. We can also find and use stock photos for you if needed.
We'll design the website's main page as well as another content page so you know what everything will look like. You'll get a chance to review it, approve it, or let us know if any minor revisions are needed until it has been perfected.
Our team will design and develop the entire website as outlined in your contract after you've approved the mockups. Everything we build is done responsively, meaning it will work perfect on phones, tablets, and computers alike.
Once the website is completed, our team will cross-check the entire website from top to bottom in numerous browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We'll also test the website to make sure it works great on various devices.
The completed website is sent to you for review. At this time, we also typically schedule a DEMO with you to walk you through how to access the website's admin panel so you can learn how to manage content on your own as well.
Prior to going live, we tackle any final revisions you might have such as uploading any missing content or adjusting things slightly to ensure the website is perfect. We turn projects around fast, and you go live when you're ready.
We will create a FAVICON, sitemap, handle the meta-titles and descriptions, and optimize the website's speed in preparation to go live. We also review your website's content, headings, alt-tags, and other on-site SEO related items.
We'll deploy the SSL certificate so that the website always loads as being HTTPS secure, thus, encrypting any of the website's traffic. The SSL renewal is always handled by us, as is any forwarding such as redirecting WWW traffic.
The website backup structure is implemented and the website files are moved live on your final domain. Backups happen automatically each day and revision instances of your project are available to roll back individual pages if needed.
With the website now live, we will work with you to implement Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and a Google My Business profiles for localized map results. Your sitemap is also linked to Google at this time for indexing.
We'll implement the included one-way link SEO campaign to help bolster your website's presence, then discuss with you any extended marketing opportunities such as doing more SEO or Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
Our team will continue to be here for you, automatically patching code, keeping things updated, and being readily available as minor changes are needed. After 4 years, we reboot the process and develop a brand new site.
